woke up this morning and suddenly i realized, omg next week, i'll be waking up in china! went back to read thru my diary during the last time i went back and omg i sounded so stupidddd then, hua chi-ing over my cousin o.O i realized i actually spent most of the time slacking at home watching all the different tv channels like hbo, mtv etc. OMG CANNOT WASTE MY TIME AWAY LIKE THAT THIS TIME ROUND! must shop shop shop shop shop :D and must die die go to wuyishan this time round :D

bloody monday and more ranting

I finally started watching Bloody Monday today. Finished three eps today. The plot kinda reminds me of L Change the World. Even the way the people died :S But Miura Haruma is a pretty good actor! Even though I still loved his white hair from Koizora, he looks good in this too :D

Decided to go for the 2nd day of TKD chalet instead so that xiyu and I can chiong US applications tomorrow. ARGH ARGH. WHY IS US APPLICATIONS SO COMPLICATED!?!?! ROARS.

I'm still going slow with 岁月风云. Michael Miu and Sheren Tang didn't appear AT ALL for ep 8. I'm still trying to decide whether to watch 法政先锋 or 布衣神相. I don't like 古装s but lam fung's in 布衣! And jolenta says its good haha. But I watched 1 ep of 法政 on ChU today and it's interesting. ARGH DILEMMA.

I should just go to bed and stop rambling.

AHH I'm having this HUGE CRAZE over Hong Kong dramas now :D:D:D Finished all 80 eps of 溏心风暴I&II! Starting on 岁月风云 :) I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY HONG KONG TRIP NEXT MONTH! Spending Christmas in HK :)))

During our pri sch class dinner yesterday, we were talking about budget airlines LOL. And meda said that budget airlines have NO LIFE VESTS?!?!?!!? o.O So in case of emergency, you're supposed to "REMAIN IN YOUR SEAT ~~AND 等死~~" :S :S :S I'M TAKING BUDGET AIRLINES THIS TIME!! Bleah.

even though I can't deny it feels quite sad having to spend your 18th birthday mugging. aren't 18th birthdays supposed to be one of the greatest in your whole life? when you're finally a legal adult? ok, kind of legal.

but if there's one thing I learnt as I become 18, it's that life's full of ups and downs. at least I've come to appreciate what I have now, despite the occasional complaints.

I finally finished 斗牛, 要不要 today! Loving this drama ♥ The plot gets really nice towards the end. Everything links together so nicely :) And Mike He is FREAKING HOT ♥♥♥ I like Hebe and Li Wei's characters too. Woohoo, another drama striked off my list! :)) Next up would be 1 Pound no Fukuin and 恶作剧2吻! Maybe I should finish up Galileo too.

Oh wait, why do I sound like exams are over already o.O

Speaking of exams, Math paper was... :S Luckily I chionged Complex Numbers the night before, so at least there was something I could do. Getting them correct is another matter though. I actually slept a full 7 hours the night before Math. Woohoo :) So far I still think Chem paper was the worst. I INSIST. Even though many people disagree with me. It's like, I prepared the most for Chem and I screwed up like hell.

Before I forget, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, POONIE !

I just realized I slacked the whole of yesterday and today again on Maple and watching dramas. I SUCK :(

~~Today~~Yesterday's 总彩 was quite screwed up, I think. Especially for Daoju, but since it's less than one week to bump-in, the PMs and APMs somehow decided to be really nice about it and there was no yelling/scolding XDD But 谢幕 was really hyper and "touching" (according to Kianyang LOL)! Yay!

My life's quite screwed up now. I don't get enough sleep, I don't do my tutorials, I sleep in tutorials and lectures, I haven't touched my computer for one whole week, I collected a few more demerit points from late-coming because I oversleep in the mornings, I don't spend enough time with my family, I feel myself drifting apart from some friends...

In one week, it'll all be over and life will be back to normal. Besides the PhD and MUGGING FOR BLOCKS, that is. No, it'll be far from normal. 'Normal' isn't a word to describe JC Year 2.

But when the time comes, I will miss 黄城 and the fun, wacky, crazy bunch of 道具 people :)

I can't believe SMU got my email wrong. I'm quite sure I wrote it correctly in all the random forms that I filled in last time. Why is it that my email always turn out to be CUTTIE instead of CUTIE!!! *pissed*

Anyway, first day of school back from Chinese New Year hols is BOO :(((
First I was late for school, and I had to spend like 5 mins explaining to the teacher who insists on collecting my student pass what a SPA (School-based Practical Assessment) is because I need it to enter the exam room.
Then we had a ultimately boring PE lecture on Olympics and its history and all the crap. Why? Because of Singapore's bid for Youth Olympic Games 2010 XD Err, should I say... JIAYOU SINGAPORE?
Then I realized I forgot to bring my calculator for Chem SPA.
Then it was Chem SPA which was quite screwed up, in my opinion.

CNY was okay. I didn't get much angbao money, but I had alot of fun playing with ~~little~~ Primary School kids :DD And no, I'm not paedophile XDD I can't believe I lost to a primary school kid in arm wrestling and pillow fight and mahjong, and I had to learn how to play 80分 from him too XD And I was also forced to download Maplestory to entertain them, and now I feel tempted to play it even though I know I shouldn't.

Orientation campfire this year was damn cool! Great job done by all the councillors and fac comms! :)

I would've taken photos, if my phone hadn't died on me halfway :( Someone upload the photos please??? Like the ones when we were zi-highing on the 4th level :)

Didn't go to the supper with junior class after the campfire though, cos my mum was yelling at me over the phone already :(( BOO. I hope all the talk about 08s6t disbanding is not true though :( It'll be damn sad if we don't have a junior class :(

I started watching Galileo yesterday, and it's damn nice!!! I love mystery/detective stories ♥ And I think Shibasaki Kou looks a bit like Ito Misaki when she lets her hair down XDD

So what happened with the fandom in the past week? I didn't touch my computer for THREE whole days. School kills fandom. And I think Huang Cheng's starting next week. /dies.

谢老师 aka my H1 Chinese teacher last year left HC already! Got a really nice and encouraging sms from her :) Even though I skipped/was late for 99% of all my classes last year. I think I'll miss the super entertaining chinese lessons with her :) Kind of.

Meeting our junior class tomorrow. 08S6T. I still think it's sad that there's no 08S7D. Why do all the juniors hate Bio so much??? :( And I think there's only 18 people in our junior class? Not sure, because ISP removed the students directory thing XDD I hope my junior class is nice :) And enthu :)

Went to Fish & Co. after school today to celebrate Xinli's birthday :D HAHA I officially declare that I DISLIKE fish & chips. Even though Fish & Co's got the nicest fish & chips I've ever eaten XDD

Yay I spent $2 on i-Weekly magazine (there was a TINY section on Yamapi too! And Tamaki Hiroshi aka Chiaki-sempai from Nodame Cantabile!! :D) yesterday because he was on the cover and it left me with a miserable $3 for lunch today. And fyi, food is NOT cheap in KK Hospital XDD ~~End up having my stomach growling for the whole afternoon~~ Oops, digress. Anyway, PLEASE COME WATCH HERO WITH ME WHEN IT COMES OUT ON THE 22ND NOVEMBER!!! :DD And yes, I'm talking about the Japanese movie starring Takuya Kimura. But hey, I watched Heroes premiere on Channel 5 on Monday too, but I fell asleep halfway XDD Not because it was too boring or anything, I was just too tired after first day of TAG XD

And it's my mum's birthday tomorrow! :) Hehe the steamboat @ Marina Bay was a joint treat by Papa & I, but shall try to do something else too :)

I LOVE WATCHING DRAMAS ♥ 樱野3加1 finally ended :) The ending was nice and really creative! :D Too bad about the ratings. It was just pure bad luck that it happens to be at the same time as 公主小妹. Ming Dao and Qiao En are so sweet together :D Even though I don't really like the way they changed the story and Mengzhe didn't even get much screentime! :( The ending more or less made up for it though :) But no surprise that 公主小妹 did so well. Wu Zun looks freaking CUTE and HOT inside :DDDDD *hua chis* But the plot is DAMN LAME XDDD

Counting down to 斗牛要不要! And the last episode of 公主小妹!! Life's good when you have tiny things like this to look forward to :) ~~sounds pathetic to feel so happy over DRAMAS, but whatever~~

会庆today! Many people ponned. Damn sad lah. It's like, we put in so much effort (okay, maybe not me, cos I know I slacked too much, but at least the rest of the 会庆筹委 put in alot of effort..) but there were still quite many empty seats. Sighs. But I'm still glad that I went. Especially the song session.. It's the same few songs (唱一首华初的歌、也是深情、心旅、细水长流 etc.) that we sing during orientation or other school events, but it always feels different when I'm singing it with the 黄城 people. That's the power of 黄城 ♥

But I missed TKD training =( Maybe I'm overcommited. Too many CCAs, and I can't seem to put in my 100% for each of them, cos there's bound to be clashes. But I don't want to give up any. Too greedy? Maybe.

ARGH. And I was LATE for my chinese listening compre exam today. WTH. Missed half of the first passage, and I slept through the repeat of the passages at the end. AHHHHHH. But I think oral should be okay =S

My weekend was wrecked.

Met up with cha on sat! OMG I MISS YOU SO MUCH T________________T I miss my pri school friends so much ='( I'll always miss the days when we go around doing bian tai stuff (haha =DD) 6.1`02 <3!

And FAC OUTING was... nothing much. Left with felicia at around 9.30pm XD But meijie got FAC PRINCESS! And the food sucks, btw.

TAEKWONDO COMP =DDD Congrats to ljying on your GOLD (i nearly wrote 'with honours' XD haha! too much syf going on LOL) and xiaojun, joce, liwen, nicole, szeying, eugenia, chris, den, (plus some names i dunno XD oops) and my teammates! huifang and rebeca! Great job everyone!!! And I saw qiuping and qiuhui there too. TJC totally owned the whole thing lah. BUT NVM! We'll do better next year!!! ^______________^

It'd have been better if not for my parents screwing up the whole thing towards the end. Sometimes they just don't understand. But I'm feeling guilty too. I didn't spend time with my mum on Mother's Day =( I'M SO SORRY.

Maybe I've taken too many things for granted.

Haven't been updating for quite sometime. Anyway, the past week was totally crazy.

Mon - CSM. + lunch and ice cream!!

Tues - Labour Day hols spent mugging for CHEM TEST =( + started watching Hana Yori Dango!

Wed - CHEMISTRY lecture test. Which I couldn't finish in time. AGAIN. + TAG interview =S + TKD training

Thu - TANK'S CONCERT!!! omg it was totally worth giving up my Bio test revision time for, cos it's soooo much ♥♥♥!!! + chi lesson =S

Fri - BIOLOGY lecture test. Which sucks. And I'm glad I didn't spend so much time studying cos I would flunk it anyway XDD + 2.4km run (which I conveniently ponned XD) + LSAP interview (and miss tay, the teacher that went with us to xichang camp, was the interviewer! WTH. It was screwed up, btw.)

Sat - TKD training + lunch with TKDers + kboxing! =DD really fun day! (except the part where I got scolded by my mum XD)

Sun - watching HANA YORI DANGO!Whee~ What an "exciting" week.

WHAT A LUCKY DAY *spams sarcasm*

First thing in the morning: OVERSLEPT!!! ARGH.Then I missed my usual bus because I was too late.When the bus FINALLY came, I realized my EZ-link card ran out of $$!!And the stupid bus was so crowded I had to stand for half the trip.

As if that's not enough, CHEM WAS A NIGHTMARE.HoLY (that's the nickname for our chem teacher) called me up to explain Q7 of the tutorial, and I couldn't because I COPIED THE WHOLE THING XDWorse, I forgot who I copied from! And I freaked out and couldn't answer any of her questions (result of sleeping too much during lectures).

Then during lab period, I SCREWED UP THE WHOLE TITRATION EXPERIMENT XD Weighed 5.00g of iron(II) salt when they wanted 6.00g. Then I dissolved the stupid iron(II) salt in DEIONISED WATER when we're supposed to use SULPHURIC ACID. GRR. AND I didn't realized it until I was about to start my titration. REDO.

Then HoLY told me that I screwed up my mock SPA assessment. And I'm supposed to go for extra lessons on STOICHOMETRY tomorrow. Like, wth? STOICHOMETRY?!?!?! That's like the last thing I expect to screw up. GRRR. And I shan't go into how screwed my titration readings were XDDDOh, and I handed in my half completed tutorial.

I AM SO DEAD.

Yay, it's April! =D
Which means one-eighth of JC life is gone. Sounds scary, eh?

Yesterday we had core modules make-up in the morning. Joined Marilyn's class (Huang Cheng pple spammed the class LOL). Anyway core modules are a waste of time. All I got out of the session is a free book on Image Quotient and a packet of M&Ms (I don't even like the peanut flavoured one XD). After that had lunch with some of the Huang Cheng pple (and marilyn haha) at Thai Noodle House. Haha looking forward to elections and Xiao Huang Cheng! ^__^ Took bus home with marilyn, but both of us fell asleep halfway XDD Slept all the way till the interchange and was shaken awake by the bus driver AGAIN. Attempted to write my 作文 when I reached home, but too much distractions going on LOL. I ended up some weird msn convos that I had no idea how I landed in + being spammed with Disney songs by yicheng XD HAHA.

Taekwondo grading on Sunday!! DAMN SCREWED. But yay!, thanks chelsea for staying back and helping me with the pattern on friday! ♥

Next week is going to be crazy XD But at least we get to miss swimming because of Good Friday!

I hate myself for being such a loser when it comes to self control. Why is it that I still spend more than 8 hours a day on the computer when:

1. EOY exams are starting in 3 weeks time
2. Higher Chi prelims start TOMORROW
3. My eyes can hardly stay open

Seems like those didn't help me stay away from the computer. If I can just make ONE wish now, it'll be to grant me MORE self control *prays*

And higher chi prelims happen to fall on Sept 11. Is that a bad sign or what? :s

I can't stand it when stupid fangirls claim their idols as their boyfriends/hubbies. It's just... STUPID. And so NOT realistic. Ok, even though I put JIN in my "wishlist", I don't DREAM of marrying him. I mean, we'll have BIG TIME communication problems and what not. So yeah.

I can't stand it when some people start bashing about other members of KAT-TUN except their fav. I was downloading stuff from a particular site today and the uploader's comments really irked me. Ok, I appreciate that your help share your love for a particular member by uploading and sharing KAT-TUN stuff, but all that extra bashing of the other members are NOT REQUIRED. Especially when JIN fans bash KAME and KAME fans bash JIN. It sucks. I understand that everyone will have a fav or two, and some they like more than others. BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO START BASHING THEM.

And one last thing. I was reading some fanfics of the AKAME pairing. And those kame-and-jin-love-each-other fics are too much for me to take. It's err.. not very healthy. And the vivid descriptions were... ARGH. Can't imagine Jin and Kame in them :s I think I prefer reading about healthy girl-guy relationships.

Just got off the phone with Felicia.

FRIGGIN' NRP IS KILLING SO MUCH OF MY ~~REVISION~~ TIME. EVEN THOUGH I KNOW THAT I WON'T MAKE USE OF THE TIME (IF I HAD) TO DO CONSTRUCTIVE REVSION. GAH. AND JUST WHEN I THOUGHT THE PROGRESS REPORT IS FINALLY OVER AND DONE WITH, MRS CHEW WANTS US TO EXPLAIN ALL THE MATH EQUATIONS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EH. [update] I'm back from NRP. And today's meeting was LONG. But very fruitful :) Apparently the professor was quite satisfied with our last minute work (I have no idea why, considering that it was done in ONE day). "It's time to wrap up the project." He kept repeating this sentence over and over again throughout the whole meeting. But seriously, it's like FAR from over. There's still the final report and presentation *shivers* ARGH. I hate to present in front of professors that bombard you with questions. And Felicia came up with this really funny answer when I told her that Mrs Chew wants us to explain the math equations:

Ah!!!!!!!!!! I'm estatic. Don't think I'll ever be so happy as today. Ok, maybe if Kat-tun comes to Singapore, I'll fly over the moon!! Nvm.

Gosh. Never thought that going back to visit primary school could be so fun, even after such a long time. I mean, there was no proper organization this time, so I totallly expected like only the few of us to turn up, but guess what?? 17 pple turned up!!

Huifang, yili, chayee, xiaowei, darcie, qiuhui, qiuping, junjie, guohao, victor, yujie, jiande, yongxing, daryl, hiroshi, zhengfeng: YOU GUYS RAWK!!!!!!!

Actually, the day started out quite badly. I mean, it was freezing cold when I woke up this morning LATE. And just ate a few spoonfuls of chocolate breadspread before rushing out. And it was raining like crazy. Was stuck in the traffic jam for a friggin' long time. Luckily there's Jieying talking about her travelling adventures. Sigh. I'm ~~jealous~~envious.

And the sucky teachers' day concert didn't help. Some idiotic class totally ruined the "We're All In This Together" dance. But Mdm Mak's communist speech was cool! Apparently, some stupid reporter decided to write an article on Singapore school uniforms. And nanyang's turn out to be one of those that many people disliked. And it's kinda touching to see the whole school responding so strongly. But the concert really sucked.

AHH but the visit back to CPS was so so so so nice!! Huifang and I spent like 1 whole hour alternating between Precious Thots and Cards n Such, trying to find a nice card that's within budget. And in the end, we just grabbed this card from Popular without even looking at the price. And because of this, we only reached CPS at 2.10pm. AND THE SECURITY GUARD REFUSED TO LET US IN, saying that no visiting of teachers after 2pm? Like what the hell? So me, yili, chayee, huifang, guohao were stuck outside the school with others who also arrived after 2pm, and xiaowei and the others were inside. So we started negotiating with the security guard. But it was no use. So huifang and I just ran in through the main gate cos everyone's crowded outside the side gate. And after that, everybody else started running in after us. It's really funny, seeing the security guard running after people scattering in all directions.

But Mrs Tan is just as nice as ever, and it's so nice to be sitting on the floor listening to her... It's like we're back in primary school days again. Ah, I missed CPS and 6.1 so much.. Mrs Tan told us about all her overseas travels too.

After that huifang, chayee, xiaowei, qiuping, qiuhui, junjie, victor, yujie, guohao, hiroshi went to jurong point. And we kinda split into two groups from there: those that were broke went window shopping, and the rest went to sakae sushi for lunch (a bit late). Haha. I was broke, so decided to go window shopping.

I BOUGHT A POSTER OF AKAME!!! Wanted to buy the one with Jin only, but I thought it'll be nice to have one that has both of them. I'm starting to think that Kame is quite nice afterall. He's so pretty.. But JIN. Ah.

After that, we went to library and continued talking about those nice days. Yay! We're having an outing at the end of year! Ah!! 6.1 rawks!! Went home reluctantly at 6pm.

Ah. I love today. *stares at Jin's face*

OH MY GOD. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS. KAT-TUN ACTUALLY MET WITH THE HARRY POTTER CAST--EMMA WATSON, RUPERT GRINT etc. I AM SO JEALOUS. OF BOTH KAT-TUN AND HARRY POTTER PPLE. The only thing I understood in the whole video was the few English phrases that Emma Watson said. Apparently Kame was quite surprised that she was only 14 (for PoA).. AHHHHH. And Jin looked so lonely standing by the sad. Haha. His least favourite subject: ENGLISH (as quoted from his profile). LOL.

YAY. Jel rocks. She's got 40GB worth of JIN and Kat-tun stuff. Wails.

Seriously, I think I might convert to Kame soon if no more Jin dramas are coming out. And have to admit that Kame does look good in Gokusen 2. I've been rewatching Gokusen 2 and Nobuta over and over again :s SHIT.

YAY. I got a new layout. Needed something JIN-ish for my layout to suit my current obsession :D But with EOYs coming up AND zuowen AND la freepick AND nrp AND loads of stuff not done, I didn't really have the time to do a JIN layout myself.

Finished Gokusen 2 in 2 days. JIN is so cool!!! And Teppei Koike is so kawaii!! Went on to watch Anego. Gosh. Jin's character totally fell in love with a woman who's TEN years older than him! But the behind the scenes was damn funny.. They shot the kissing scene like 19 times??!! And Jin specially brushed his teeth before the kissing scene! LOL.

ARGH. I'm so dead. Watching Nobuta wo Produce now. Was highly recommended. Dun really understand the show though :s And I still prefer Jin to Kame. No offence tho.

Chi SIA presentation. Sigh. I did my speech yesterday night at like 11pm but somehow my idiotic printer was against me and I couldn't print. So I was counting on the Founder's Day celebration to be like 1+ hrs today so we didn't have to present. Tough luck. I should have expected it, considering that we're like the FIRST group. Which basically explains why I was so unprepared today. And the freaking stern-looking teacher sitting at the back of the class didn't help to calm my nerves. (Even Hongmei looks 慈祥 for once.) So yeah. I was nervous and I fumbled and made a mess out of it. Whatever. I was telling Veron today on the way home that somehow I don't care as much about SIAs this year compared to last year. Leaving everything to the last minute... Hurhur. Maybe I should buck up. Khoo's favourite quote, "Unless you can get full marks for your end of year, you have to depend on your SIAs to pull you up... blah blah blah" LOL. Not as if there's much SIAs left now. Math portfolio. LA speech+freepick.

Rushed home after to school to my long-awaited broadband. (Okay, not exactly, considering that I reached home at like 4+pm). Anyway, when I reached home, my dad's already at the com counting down to activation @ 5pm. Haha. He's just as excited.

Weird. Now that I've finally got broadband, I don't have the urge to go online as much. So I was like sitting in front of the com, not knowing which websites to go. Couldn't even settle on a show to watch on Youtube.
